The room se stayed in was extremely small, not like the pictures, even the bathroom was tiny. On top of that the cleaning person only did the bed, never actually cleaned the room, i found socks from another person, and they remained there until we left….so that room was not even clean when we got the room! Awful! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

I stayed on a two-night midweek trip. The room size was perfect for a solo traveler. During high traffic time, there’s an annoying wait for the elevator. WiFi was really slow and I couldn’t take video calls.

Impractical room design but good sleep
Stayed one night in a 1 bed room. Bed and sheets are good for a good night sleep, the room however is badly designed for all practical purposes. The lights are too dim, they have this orange theme which I guess it's the hotel's theme but it's completely inconvenient for anyone wanting normal lighting. The door to the bathroom does not have an option to stay open, so good luck in dealing with the steam post-shower, the room did not have an item to put the luggage one, it does not have drawers to put clothes and the closet hanging space is good for a 3 day trip perhaps. These are all basics for a traveler that my room lacked, fortunately the bed was fine and clean to my eye and didn't affect my sleep.

The room service option was deceptive: they basically ask you to order from outside restaurants and they would tell you when the delivery person was at the front desk. Also, the ADA bathroom did not work properly.

One of our rooms smelled like a dead animal, the issue was eventually resolved. We were not contacted to tell us the room was ready, we only found out when we decided to return to hotel. Some of the Front desk staff seemed like they had no clue what was going on. We had 2 rooms, 1 room was reserved for one night and the 2nd room was reserved for 2 nights. My husband kept getting a call from front desk saying we needed to check out of both rooms. Also had housekeeping trying to come in despite do not disturb sign. Very inconvenient, after talking in circles for 15 minutes, it was straightened out.

Lovely location. Well decorated. Cleaners were well below standard. Floors never cleaned, had a dirty fork on the floor when we arrived and was still there when we left.
