This is a very nice room. Clean, good central location in Midtown. The bed and sheets we’re really so comfortable light and warm at the same time. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The negative is that the room is extremely small, but it’s Manhattan so thats where the reasonable pricing comes in. The bathroom amenities are limited but sufficient. Also, the lighting is extremely dim and unrealistic to get ready. If you park in the lot up the street, (11East 38th st) be sure to get your parking ticket stamped by the hotel front desk before you pick it up for a discount.

The rooms are small but well equipped and maintained. The area cannot be beat as far as sightseeing, dinning, and night life. The property has a rooftop lounge that is stunning but not managed by the hotel. The property also host a ground floor bar and restaurant not managed by the restaurant; the staff at these two hosted businesses are a bit abrupt and not kind.

We are very disappointed with our stay and would like to formally raise several issues. We booked a king room, however the bed provided was clearly not a king-size bed. In addition, we were unable to access the hotel’s rooftop at any time during our stay. It was either closed or we were told there was an event taking place. Despite selecting the rooftop floor in the elevator, access was not possible. We were informed that the hotel would cover the parking fee, as parking availability was clearly stated when we made the reservation. This commitment was not honored. Furthermore, the sink in the room was clogged, the room itself was extremely small, and most importantly, there were no slippers provided in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Due to these issues, our overall experience did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. We kindly request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.
