Nice stay at this hotel. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest but other staff housekeeping/ cafe were nice. Expected more from the hotel for the price. Located in a safe area, plenty of food options and was easy to get to the subway.

Hotel was in a great location - easy access to transit and walkable to many of the locations we wanted to visit. The room wasn’t as clean as I had expected (messy end table and dusty floors), but not enough to make me rule it out in future. The street below us was noisy with revellers into the wee hours. It didn’t prevent me from sleeping, but lighter sleepers might encounter some issues!

The place was nice and clean inside the building. It was just poor communication with the fro t desk office. The noise on Friday night was unbearable but otherwise it’s a good hotel to stay

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. I was given a room (3rd Floor) near a high-traffic area, which amplified the noise from the outside traffic and bars. It made it nearly impossible to relax or sleep. For the price per night, I expected much better. The room’s location and lack of soundproofing did not justify the high cost. I would have appreciated a quieter room or at least some effort to accommodate guests better for the price charged.

Comfortable stay apart from being one floor above Mr. Purple, which is a loud bar/lounge til 2am. Loved the neighborhood and the room was spacious for a NY hotel. Would come back but would want to be on floor 17 or above.

I was disappointed with my stay at Hotel Indigo Lower East Side, especially for the price. The room was VERY average, with an outdated TV, inconsistent heating, and thin sheets. I had trouble reaching the front desk, and while the neighborhood was great, the issues with the room and service impacted my stay. The hotel apologized, but only after I pushed, and the points they offered didn’t feel like enough.

Check in was easy, and price was fair considering Manhattan pricing. Room was good, a bit of street noise could be heard even though we were in 6th floor, but it didn’t ruin the experience. We plan to come stay here again.

My husband and I love the lower east side! Very walkable with lots of shops and dining nearby. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was pretty basic but had everything we needed. We especially loved the bed, it was very comfortable. The view from our room was great!

The LES is a lot of fun, with so much close shipping and phenomenal food choices. 2 amazing Italian restaurants are literally next door! I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times and they have great sized rooms, a lovely rooftop bar and very nice staff. Highly recommend!

Hotel Indigo offers a wonderful stay with its immaculate cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The location is a major plus, surrounded by numerous stores and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I absolutely love it!
