Ac barely worked. Kept turning on and off at 60. Head boards were sticky and gross. The shower head was broken and when turned on leaked all over bathroom floor. The room door when opening would slam into a wooden closet and make so much noise also making it hard to get in the room with my special needs child's stroller. That being said when the neighbors would open their doors thru the night there doors slammed also and make super loud noises. Peeling paint in the bathroom by the shower posed risk to my child also.

Although they called around noon to confirmed and charge the room. When we arrived we had to stay in the basement. People was sleeping on the lobby couch. Total disaster .

The location is convenient for exploring the area, and the rooms are clean, though a bit small .The complimentary breakfast is basic, but the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a decent budget-friendly option if you don’t need anything fancy.

It was an average hotel… nothing crazy good nothing crazy bad… I like that it is close to a subway station. The room was nice and cool… not a great place but not a bad place which is what I needed since my flight was cancelled and had an unexpected mini vacation in NY.

Mostly what I would expect from a hotel in this price range. In past visits, the TVs channel lineup was stellar. On this visit, it was sub-par, at best, with many channels not working and NO movie channels.

It was the worst stay! Its not free parking they charge about 50 a night but you cant move your car. There was no ice machine during the heatwave no vending machine the cold air was hot. I wouldn’t recommend
