Thank you very much for the stay, we really loved the hotel, the location, and the service. Everything was great. However, I would like to clarify something for the future to avoid any inconvenience. Since the rooftop and bar are accessible to outside visitors, it’s important that guests are given priority. One evening, I waited in line to order a couple of drinks and sat at the bar. I could have continued ordering drinks, but a staff member told me I had to stand in a long line again. Even though I’m a priority guest, I had no intention of skipping the line. The issue is, if I’m seated at the bar, I should continue to be served there without having to get up and stand in line again, especially when it’s not clear where to sit after. This led me to leave the bar and go elsewhere, as it didn’t make sense to wait in line again. That was a bit disappointing, especially since many of the people in line were non-guests coming in to visit the rooftop. This could definitely be improved. I understand the place was busy, but if this happens often, perhaps hiring more staff would help.

Depends what you are looking for
I was in town for a business trip, location was perfect. What I did not realize that they have a DJ Thursday night till 11pm. The place is very hip and great for youngsters, influencers. I am old and boring :-) . Still hard to adjust to NYC prices of nearly $500 a night, you don't get much. After calling front desk about the noise ( we were on 14th floor and DJ on the 10th) , they said music will stop at 11pm and we will be credited $80 back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at M Social Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. This hotel is situated in an excellent location, providing easy access to popular attractions and local dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the city or relax by balcony with a perfect view of the city, everything was just a short walk away. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such a picturesque sight was a fantastic way to start each day. The hotel’s design maximizes the views, allowing guests to fully appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend M Social Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay with excellent amenities, service, and views. I can’t wait to return!

We have syayed here twice and both times we have enjoyed our stay. The staff is nice and the rooms and everywhere is clean. We also like how close it is to lots of different things. Makes the trip a very walkable adventure.

Staff were excellent at check in/out. Nothing was too much trouble. Bar service is painfully slow. Needs more staff. Rooftop is superb. Memorable views down to TS. Very clean hotel, modern with a very upbeat vibe. Lots of beggars around TS these days which is sad to see given huw much money is swilling around. Would definitely go back.

Nice location, very central, walking distance to main attractions. Rooms are rather clean, but very limited supply of bathroom soaps, no body lotion, no water in the fridge, no coffee or tea machine. Staff is friendly, nice breakfast at the hotel, very friendly staff at the restaurant, fun games in the lobby. Elevators are a bit of a problem, too long wait.

One step above a holiday inn
This hotel is no frills. I paid a crazy rate due to fashion week so relative value was not there. If you just need somewhere to crash, it’s fine. Service is fine. Bed is fine. Towels are old and rough. Don’t expect amenities or anything beyond somewhere to sleep. Which at normal rates, is fine here. You get what you pay for. The few big knocks I have: 1) room service was AWFUL. Ordered an omelet and I could tell it was boxed egg-like product. Bread was cheap loaf. Coffee was instant. It was terrible and very over priced. 2) asked for late check out which they granted an hour, only to then have someone bang on my door as I was trying to sleep a little longer after a crazy delayed flight. 3) the destination charge for a hotel that has zero to offer is just offensive.
