Convenient location! Walking distance to subway, great options for food. Disliked the elevator. Only 2 elevators to get to main lobby. One elevator was down; terrible line up to get onto elevator. Also elevators to access floors- not all functioning! Long wait times, especially during check out!

Good value, felt safe, hotel personnel very nice. The hotel is walking distance to theaters, Times Square, MOMA, the Lincoln Center for the Met, Central Park, and wonderful restaurants. Two areas for improvement: 1) should have coffee in the lobby for early risers 2) Don’t turn off access to rooms at ten am, an hour before checkout time.

Yes it’s in Times Square, but let’s be honest, if you’re a tourist, it’s the perfect location. I barely had to take the subway and just walked everywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely would stay here again.
