Is very clean and comfortable Hotel but the staff is not too friendly... Plus the resort fee is crazy...they told you is refundable and then at the check out they said is not ...I understand the Resort fee charge but they should be more clear since start with the guest thank you.

The property itself was clean, the staff were very pleasant and accomodating. One major complaint was the elevator wait times were RIDICULOUS. And really no reason for it, it wasnt that busy. When you're hesitant to run down to Starbucks, knowing its going to take probably an hour due to the elevator, thats past the point of ridiculous. Times Square is extremely noisy, dirty, seems like weed everywhere...beware

Was not worth the money , rooms are the size of a closet. The elevator system is a joke . Stay elsewhere and just visit Margaritaville. Jimmy would be sad, I was.

Area around the property not the nicest, often hearing loud music at 4am from the local weed shop. However this is probably to be expected in this area which was very central to Times Sq. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were fantastic.

Summer in NY
The hotel is fantastic. The pool was wonderful for my granddaughters when it was hot in August. However, the staff is wonderful but they need more people to help out throughout the hotel. I felt they were understaffed and, for example, food took a long time by the pool area. The location is excellent for shows, shopping and restaurants.

Very modern and clean accommodations! The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar are such fun options in the middle of the city. It was too cold for us to enjoy but will definitely return to try again. Fun and convenient! I definitely recommend!

Property was clean and bellman was very helpful. Food was mediocre. Front desk woman gave me a hard time after I requested an accessible room. There seemed to have been some miscommunication when I called in the day before to confirm. Also on the last night, housekeeping moved my personal property around which made me uncomfortable and threw away my child’s disposable wipes. They did however make it right by providing a brand new pack. Overall I would stay here again but would eat elsewhere and leave a note to housekeeper to not touch my items.new York was awesome pizza at Joes was delicious tv was watchable.

Was supposed to be an upgraded room. It was definitely not an upgrade from standard. Never received the VIP access perk from Expedia. There were no robes in the room, or pencil and paper. Also nothing to add to coffee.
