Good sized clean rooms and excellent location for shopping eating and to travel to other parts of the city. It’s right off the MTA and is super convenient. Parking is less than ideal because it is offsite with no valet services.

The room was comfortable, clean and in great proximity to shops, dining & attractions. Staff was attentive to any needs or concerns..they addressed any issues quickly and satisfactorily. Would definitely stay here again.

It is in a great location and very clean. The bellhops were very knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the front desk staff were not pleasant and the power in our room did not work for a day, they did not comp us for that. But overall, it was a nice stay and good for a first time trip to NYC.

This midtown hotel was conveniently located at West 32nd St and Broadway. This allowed us to walk to many desired locations in the city. A subway entrance was also very close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Downsides were a dated bathroom tub/shower and a open restaurant for dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location; easy to access Penn Station, subway, major shopping like Macy's. Area can get sketchy at night, but great dining options around. Was charged a 'destination fee' which could be used as credit in the bar or restaurant, yet I don't think guests should be basically mandated to spend more money than the reservation stated. HATED the scented lobby! They should adopt a scent free environment.
