The check in process took more than 30 min, however the check in staff was wonderful when I finally got to the desk. I was told that I was getting a newly renovated room, which I believe I did, but there weren't any shower towels or hooks in the room. The bedding wasn't as clean as I would expect.

Disappointing Room
I have actually been meaning to write directly to the hotel as well to share my feedback. It was the worst state I’ve ever had. I was checked into a room that really should not have been sold. The carpet was badly stained. The chair in the room was not fit for anyone to sit on it as there were stains on the seat .The drapes were falling off of the hooks. It smelled musty and there was mildew building up on the wall. There was dust on all the light fixtures. The air conditioning vents were caked with dust. Hair was found in the tub and the best part is when I went up to my room the door was open that did not make me feel safe. I called down to the front desk. They sent Security, who assured me the room is secure however, I reported to them that I was no way I was going to stay in that room because it was filthy. They eventually move me to a new room more than an hour after I checked in. This room is far better, but the bad experience had already taken precedent. This hotel did not live up to the standard of the Millennium brand. I won’t be back.
