This property is dated and the hospitality and amenities were very poor. The primary attraction at this location was the amazing view of the city and the East River. But the service was very poor. Basic items such as glasses and other conveniences were not provided. NOT a good location for vacation. They clearly not interested in vacationing guests and seem reliant on the UN visitors and related business travelers who are visiting UN related entities. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My sons and I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, beds are super comfortable, the restaurant offers great menu options, and the view is spectacular! We'll definitely come back.

okay place to stay, probably not again.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was no clock in the room. Coffee thing could have been better. The bed was nice. I was not informed about a package dropped off for me, so had to ask after that. The globe lamps in the bedroom were hard to figure out, so had to ask for help with those. Buffet breakfast was ridiculously expensive.

Millenium Hilton Hotel - Not Worth the Stay
My girlfriend and I did not have a good experience at this hotel. There was a long wait to check-in. Shortage of staff. We were assigned to a room with not a good view for it to be in the city. We asked to be transferred to another room. We were scheduled to stay two nightss. At 6AM the next morning, a man from another room was shouting at someone on his cell phone, awakening us. This went on for 20 -25 minutes. When my girlfriend tried calling front desk, no response, phone just keep going to voicemail. What hotel does not answer the front desk? The room we were in was outdated. You could not adjust the air conditioner and we were freezing. Kids were running up and down the halls. The next night, you could hear loud music blasting through the walls. They are paper thin. The elevators are run downed and drags whenever it opens, that you cannot help but hear it even when you are in your room. We just had an awful experience. They also charge addition fees. This is an over priced hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay hear. Not worth the price. Its sad that this hotel is called Millenium Hilton. Even the lobby entrance is not up to par. Dirty. We did not feel completely safe. I would rate this hotel a zero star if I could.

The TV didn’t work even after I asked to have it fixed. Room was not ready on time - nor was it ready when they said it would be. Only one person at desk during checkout and she could not get the printer to work. Not the best experience for an expensive hotel. Extra charges every 5 minutes.

Dear Hilton Millennium Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Manhattan. My fiancé and I had a very disappointing experience, which began with a long and unprofessional check-in process, marked by hidden fees and double charges that were not disclosed upfront. Additionally, we were misled about the parking situation, as the website stated on-site parking was available, yet we were charged a steep $100 for valet parking without knowing the location of our car. Upon finally reaching our room, we were appalled by its condition. The carpet had holes and black dirt, and we found hair in three different places: the refrigerator, the bedroom table, and the bed. When we tried to contact the front desk late at night, no one answered, so we had to endure these unsanitary conditions. Our departure was equally distressing. At 10:45 AM, housekeeping began persistently knocking on our door despite our requests for more time. This aggressive behavior made us feel rushed and unwelcome. We eventually checked out at 11:09 AM, feeling unwell due to the poor air quality in the room, which caused us both to wake up with sore throats. Overall, our experience at the Hilton Millennium was far below expectations. The lack of hospitality and cleanliness, combined with the hidden fees and parking issues, made our stay very unpleasant.
