The hotel was very overpriced, but it was okay. The staff were very friendly, checked us in quickly, and then asked us if we needed car service upon leaving. I thought that was thoughtful. The facility is secure with elevators that require a room key. Overall the room was clean, but outdated for the price.

Location is convenient to Times Square. The rooms are very outdated. Our room had mold in the bathroom and the tub did not drain when you ran the shower. Our heat stayed on “sauna” no matter how low we set it so we had to sleep with the windows propped open just to be moderately comfortable. For $400/night I expect clean rooms with working A/C and plumbing. We will not be returning.

Nice size room with an awesome view
This hotel is in a great location with convenient access to 44th and 45th St. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a great view. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful building but poorly maintained, our room was very dirty with previous customers used dental floss under the sink, food crumbs all around room with wrappers. Cracks on the walls, bathroom old and dingy, toilet extremely slow to flush, tub dirty, found hair all over bed sheets. Couldn’t stay for scheduled day, we had to check out and go to another hotel down the street with much better services and cleaner room spent the rest of our trip there and we have no regrets.
