The staff was excellent, the bed was comfortable everything was clean. They were kind enough to give us an amazing view. Our room definitely needed an update or at least touchups and the chair was ruined and very uncomfortable. I’d definitely stay there again and I’d recommend it.

We have always stayed at the Millennium when visiting NYC especially Times Square. The hotel has nothing special other than located in the heart of Times Square. Property is basic, comfortable bed and pillows with great view. Amenities they offer shampoo, conditioner and soap. Rooms don’t come with refrigerator or microwave-bummed for us. If you are looking for a place to stay close by from theaters and entertainment, this is your place.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is clean. It could use some repairs or renovations, at least in the room I stayed in. It’s a very busy hotel so wear and tear are to be expected. Very close to many tourist attractions.

Stayed on the 43rd floor, corner room with a great view. Room was comfortable and relaxing. My sister and I’s first time in NY and am happy with choosing The Millennium for our stay. Front desk and bells men was very friendly. Attractions were in walking distance. Great food in the area too!
