The hotel was nice and friendly staff. But the room is outdated. Need some tender love and care for sure. The housekeeping was great! The air conditioner worked great!! Convenience to wherever you need to go was GREAT! Loved the junior sweet!

Overall pretty good. Room just felt a bit older. It was clean though. I could hear a bit of noise from Times Square but I'm sure that's almost unavoidable for any location in TS. It was a convenient location, close to the subway and the rest of Manhattan, centralized. My few staff interactions were very good. Solid overall.

The hotel is beautiful and seconds away from Times Square, the staff are professional and accommodating, especially security and baggage. However I was stuck on a service elevator, halting at the 40th floor as well as had two flies in my room which had a broken sink that constantly dripped so I had to put a body towel under the faucet. There is no complimentary snacks, beverages, or local transportation provided even though it is is a higher established and charges a resort or facility fee but I would recommend the stay for the sky rise or city views and distance from Times Square.

The staff were incredible and very accommodating. The Millieun is a beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it for excellent access to shopping, dining, and the theatre .
