I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I paid nearly $600 for a two-night stay, plus an additional $100 for parking, which was misleadingly advertised as being on-site but was actually located elsewhere. The hotel’s cleanliness left much to be desired; from the moment you step out of the elevator, it's clear that maintenance is not a priority. We found hair under the beds, and when I moved the bed, I discovered dirt that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and definitely not worth the price. Additionally, despite being on a high floor, the noise from Times Square was still very noticeable and disruptive. The only positive aspects were the hotel's convenient location and the security staff, who were helpful when I accidentally left a device in the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as you can likely find a much better option for the price.

Roaches in the bathroom, bathtub had sticker residue which felt nasty on my feet. Tub drain had caulk all over it and the tub spout was not sealed at the tub surface, probably how the roaches entered the bathroom. Wallpaper was worn and there was a 3 inch hole poked in the wall. Awful !

Liked the staff and amazing upgrade provided by Dave or a staff member to a suite for my family. It was an incredible view and room for our first time in New York City! Thanks to all staff who were helpful and informative and pleasant. Great location and great view! Unfortunately, the restaurant was not available at this time, but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone going for the first time or returning to New York for more sight seeing! We'll be back. With the price I paid for I do not recommend this place. There are better options out there for a cheaper price. The location seems good but being in the middle of Times Square with too much traffic it is so hard to get around.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Times Square. We received an email asking if we wanted to bid $138 for a suite with a view of Times Square. We placed the bid and were told we had been successful. We entered the room… it was unimpressive; small, dated and not worth the extra money. We had no view… we were then placed in our original room. It was ok. The lady checking us in wished me a happy birthday and gave me a I heart NY bag with some goodies. She did a good job in welcoming us. The room itself was fine. The tv was on the side of the room so difficult to watch from the bed. The shower was good- water pressure was brilliant. The fire alarm went off once during our stay but only lasted 5 minutes. The housekeeping team could have only spent a couple of minutes in our room- they hardly made the bed. The elevators were fast. All in all, this is a 3 star property with the foundations to improve if they wish to do so. But the whole scam of ‘upgrading’ to a Times Square room needs to stop…

I liked the location and the staff was nice and helpful but the room was dusty and in need of a makeover. Thou the bed was comfortable. Also not having room service or on-site dining was a bust. Also the outside have remnants of someone who used the bathroom and it wasn't cleaned up for two days.
