Hotel was amazing. Whilst it’s super close to Times Square, it’s far enough that you don’t get too caught up in the chaos. Staff were all lovely and welcoming. My room was so lush and was super impressed with having steamer in the room. So easy to get around the whole of New York!

Really cool place with lots of benefits - $30 food/drink credit daily, stash on every floor with extra pillows, towels, etc. We are in our 40s & I worried it might be a bit too hip for us(!!) ;) but our room was lovely & quiet.

The room was wondeful and very eclectic. The design of the property was exceptional. Although we did not care for the party atmosphere, it seemed like there was always an event happening on the grounds but it didn't interfere with our comfort. The hotel was very central and allowed us to explore NYC by foot. It was a wonderful experience and we would not hestitate to stay here again!

We stayed only one night. Unfortunately, there was a hot water issue… as in “no” hot water. We were notified promptly. Moxy waived the $32 destination fee. I did not feel this was fair compensation for $425 one night stay with an ice cold shower. After a few phone calls, they did resolve with a more fair compensation. Just wish it didn’t take a month for me to finally get something acceptable. All in all, we would stay there again.
