Check in, cleanliness and bar staff are all fantastic. The checkout process was complicated and was not explained clearly. We were charged for items we didn't have, 9 hours after checking out. The bar manager was very helpful in getting this sorted, but the staff on the front desk were not entirely helpful or reassuring that they wouldn't make the same mistake again.

My room was not cleaned the day it corresponded, I had to call to request the service. Noisy during nights. I didn’t have a security box in the room, neither a refrigerator. The staff was very good.

The location of the hotel is great if you're in NYC for only a short stay – you're in walking distance of some of the most famous landmarks and tourist spots. Our check-in was seemless and the member of staff even tried to get the two rooms we booked on the same floor. She was honest about one of the rooms that ended up being on the 10th floor might be loud, which it was. You could hear a nearby club/bar very clearly at even 1am. It might not have been loud even to wake you up, but due to jet lag we were awake anyway... One negative comment is that the aircon in the room is so so loud. It's right next to the bed as well.

Our hotel room was located on the 14th floor. We could hear the loud music coming from the rooftop bar. The music did not stop until around 3:30am. I did not fall asleep until then. It was very loud.

Fashion week in NYC!
Staying at the Moxy Times Square in Manhattan was everything. Check-in was great. I arrived early but i chilled at the bar until my room was ready. I got a quiet room. I slept great! The bakery next door reminded me of oir Paris trip! The chocolate crossisant and tea ...one of my favorites. The rooftop was great! Just need more than 2 bartenders. The salad place around the block was so fresh. Its pet friendly and i plan to bring my pet and family next time.

What a great place to stay! thank you to all the wonderful staff Carl made sure my check in was smooth he explained everything the hotel has to offer always checked up on my mom and I to see if had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you ladies Letty and Shamika always with a big smile and willing to help and answer any questions we had. A big shoutout to house keeping thanks a lot made sure my room was clean and all my stuff was in the same place where I left it. The location of the hotel is undeniably amazing so close to everything!! Daylife and nightlife are amazing many restaurants around Koreantown, with Times Square some min away, actually close to pretty much everything! I loved how the elevator works it makes it super safe and way less congested. The room was perfect we had everything we needed I loved how spacious the shower is. I only wish the rooms had a mini fridge it’s nice to be able to keep your drinks cold but other than that it was pretty quiet I never heard my neighbors any outside noises or loud music so we had a pretty good sleep. I definitely recommend this awesome hotel I would love to be back the only one thing I thought it was quite expensive was the resort fees but other than that put a mini fridge in the rooms and I’ll be worth it! Moxy Times Square is a great place to stay! Can’t wait to be back!! Thank you Moxy and all the staff for making my stay in Manhattan even more enjoyable!!

My roommate was locked in a restroom for twenty minutes. The staff member lied to us about our room. Room is extra small. The food at the restaurant was bad and they gave us cold fries. Water was not hot for showers.

So I got there and I was told that every single room was booked out. I booked my room a month in advance, mind y’all. They told me that they only had two rooms left. One on the second floor and one on the 16th. The one on the second floor was close to the bar so there would be a lot of noise. The one on the 16th would be close to the rooftop bar so there would be loud music too but the one on the 16th was bigger. We took the one on the 16th and we could get some sleep after the music stopped at 4 am. The hotel wants to have a rooftop bar and that’s fine but if it wants to be called a hotel at all they should find a way to conciliate the rooftop bar music and the staying guests’ peace. In my opinion it comes down to this: pick one, you’re either one thing or the other.
