I expected more from this property from the reviews. Our room was not ready at check-in & the male receptionist kinda blew us off - certainly no sincere apology. The toilet needed attention, and the walls are thin. (That is, we easily heard folks puking early in the morning.)
To counter this, the hotel *is* very convenient: to multiple subway lines, Times Square, and a fun Irish pub next door. The beds were reasonably comfortable.
Add all this up, you get a 6 out of 10. Given all the hotel selection in NYC, I doubt I’ll be staying here again.
