The hotel is great because it is close to everything. The Rome is OK.. the room had a large stain on the carpet before I checked in, but for the five days no one comes to clean this stain. I had mentioned the stain in the room to the front desk, however nobody seems to care.. therefore at the time I checked out, the stain is still there. The only good thing about this hotel is its location..

The room was small and the furnishings are old and dirty. The decor pillows on the bed are filthy and old. The mattress and pillows felt hard as bricks. After experiencing the sights of the city a comfortable bed should be a given and for the price a guarantee. I also inquired about the rate because I booked a room at the military rate but was told since I booked through a third party they couldn’t give any information on that. A disappointment for sure.

Great location, nearby everything; walkable and public transit. Bed was comfy, water pressure was great. Rooms are small but most rooms in the area. It served it's purpose.

My daughter and I came for one night to see game four of the World Series. We had been to New York City a few years back and wanted to stay somewhere a little better. This hotel is close to absolutely everything! Super clean! Very nice bathroom! Very comfortable bed! Great staff! We will definitely stay here each visit from here on out!

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights, and I had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
