Hotel was in a very good location. Very close to Times Square and easy walks to many other main attractions. Noon checkout was very nice and so was the luggage storage until our room was ready and also on the day of checkout when we had several hours before we needed to go to the airport. Hotel interior was very dark including the hallways and rooms. Room was ok…..could have been cleaner. The bed up on the platform was odd and to get to the side by the wall you had to climb on the platform and walk around it.

I expected more from this property from the reviews. Our room was not ready at check-in & the male receptionist kinda blew us off - certainly no sincere apology. The toilet needed attention, and the walls are thin. (That is, we easily heard folks puking early in the morning.) To counter this, the hotel *is* very convenient: to multiple subway lines, Times Square, and a fun Irish pub next door. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Add all this up, you get a 6 out of 10. Given all the hotel selection in NYC, I doubt I’ll be staying here again.

Window faces time square lights and curtains don’t properly shield it, so you’re not getting darkness. Shower didn’t work well, was always on super hot, hard to adjust Staff was perfect Breakfast was great Bed was comfy

This was a very comfortable stay for us. So close to Times Square and the Theater District yet the hotel and the street around it were quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
