The staff was very friendly. Check in & Check out went very smoothly. This Hotel was at the center of everything (which we loved) yet when inside the hotel it was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

The room I rented didn’t look anything like the picture when I booked it. On arrival the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I called down and they said they got it fixed, but it was absolutely terrible throughout our state. We just shut it off most of the time when we were at the hotel, there are no real amenities. The only positive is that it is close to Times Square.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Times Square and several broadway theaters, lots of dining options, excellent transportation network. Located in the heart of manhattan. I took a basic room. The room was comfy and it had what it’s needed for someone who will just sleep and rest at the hotel.

What a darling hotel! Very quaint and easy to get anywhere in Times Square. Room was perfect for 1 person. Clean and cozy. Will def recommend to anyone traveling to the city. Stuff was so sweet and helpful

Upon arrival room was dirty. Electrical outlets did not function. TV was also not working. Had to request cleaning services, electrician to fix the problems. Requested to be moved to another room (and I volunteered to pay the difference). We had to wait until the next day to be moved. Was accommodated by getting breakfast refunded for 3 ppl, had Kringle donuts & 3 NY small cups in the new room with an apology note from Mgmt.

I had a wonderful night in NYC at 45 Times Square! The staff was professional and courteous. My room was well appointed and the perfect size for my solo stay. I was right in the heart of Times Square, but my room was quite quiet. I enjoyed the water and the apples they provided for guests near the check in counter.

Amazing location, half block from Time Square, my girlfriend and I enjoyed a lot our stay. The lady at front desk at night, was so kind and courteous. In the morning, both ladies at front desk, Bell man etc, were amazing. Was a nice touch the musician and the amenities at the lobby. If you like to drive to NY like me, there is a parking lot in front of the hotel, but closes at 11pm, but if you keep straight (on the next block), you will find another parking lot open 24/7 The bed was comfy, the room was clean, same with the bathroom. Definitely we will come back.

we loved staying here! to be right in the center of town at a reasonable price, this place was high quality. we expected the room to be on the small side, and it was, but the bathroom and shower were huge and modern. loved the bodega a few doors down and the coffee shop across the street. staff in the lobby was always friendly and accommodating. our only tiny complaint was that the comforter on the bed was probably meant for a full/queen not a king, but truly our only complaint. would absolutely stay here again.
