I have stayed at this property a few times and just love the convenience of the location to connect to every part of the city. The property itself is clean, updated, well maintained. I also like the accessibility to a gym in the building and as a part of the stay ( no extra charges). The gym is clean and well equipped for a good workout. There is shopping, food and public transportation close by.

Frustrated
For us location was perfect. Soho & Greenwich Village. Room was fine. Only one snag. We got there early and was going to leave our luggage with the concierge but the front desk person said our room would be ready in 15 mins. That’s at 1 pm. By 1:40 the room was still not ready and the front desk person apologized and said she’d give us two vouchers for drinks or breakfast. We ended up leaving our luggage with the concierge and ate in Chinatown right up the street. Lost 40 mins. Not the biggest deal but frustrating. Ps. When we checked in at about 4 pm it was a different front desk person that had no idea about the vouchers which I never received. Again, if you come check in time things should go well. Great location. Little Italy & Chinatown walkable.

I usually like to stay here but this time around the fire alarm went off and woke me up at 3:30 in the morning. It was so awful and scary. And a man that worked for the building entered my room at 4 am. As a woman this was extremely terrifying. I hope this property does something because this was not a pleasant experience by any means.
