We absolutely loved our stay at Springhill Suites. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A very clean hotel located in a good area, within walking distance of most attractions in Manhattan and good transport links nearby. Breakfast was okay - sometimes very busy. My only criticism was the bathroom door - there was a gap in the sliding door which offered no real privacy when using the bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job of the room each day and were so friendly. If we returned we would definitely consider staying here again.

Service was superb, Isabela was especially helpful. The hotel is an easy walking distance to mid-town, subway, restaurants, theatres, etc. The hotel is very clean, with a nice wine and beer hour at 4 pm. Breakfast has many options and takes away any stress and time to find a breakfast location. This is my second stay and I would stay again.

Hotel area is not the best unsafe surroundings dirty streets. As for the room very noisy, you can hear doors opening and shutting, people talking, ac is so loud and funny smell in the washroom.Breakfast was ok. For the money I paid I could’ve got better choice hotel the reviews were misleading.
