Great value for money
Great value for money for stay in Manhattan. Badic room but has own bathroom and is cleaned daily. Front office staff were kind and interactions consistent throughout stay. Kind housekeeping staff. Overall will stay again.

The hotel was poorly maintained, the carpet was unclean, and the shower was moldy. It was cold to sleep in November as there was no central heating, only a standalone heater that also emitted light, so it wasn't usable at night. The staff was nice, though, and the area was close to the subway lines.

Very noisy, as the cafe downstairs is open 24hrs and plays music non stop. Sheets and towels felt like sand paper, very worn. Cockroaches! NYC is very accessible, due to the dynamic metro service which covers all points of interest, no need to stay there and definitely will not again!

Honestly I was a bit skeptical at first being that the hotel takes cash only. But everything was pretty amazing. The room service was daily and top notch. The front desk was always open and staffed with nice men. Its location in Manhattan is awesome. It is not a luxury hotel with all the bells and whistles like a Wyndham, but I would prefer this one hands down.

Hotel in a very good location and very good price. We expected that for such a price we would not get too much and it was enough for a 6-day stay. It would be nice if the hotel took care of the ventilation of the bathrooms, because mold collects in the showers, added hair dryers so that you do not have to take your own and took care of the windows through which the noise from the street or the courtyard with air conditioners is very loud. I recommend it but keep in mind that you will only get a bed and a bathroom, so it is good to go sightseeing in the morning and come back in the evening to sleep.

The staff at the front desk were great; the rooms could do with freshening up but were clean. There are no lifts, so please be aware. The right price point for me, so overall satisfied.

A good value option to be in a convent location in NYC. The hotel is old and tired, but it is all facilities function okay and it is clean and the staff helpful.

Nice location. Dining below the hotel is open 24 hours. Hotel does not have an elevator and the staircase is very steep. We managed to carry the suitcases up. Payment is cash only. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cheap, convenient for sightseeing, basic, and friendly. If your just after a room for exploring new York this is perfect but is basic hence why it's fairly cheap.
