Agree with a previous review that the pictures looked better than the actual property. Walls were thin, doors were heavy. I could hear every word of the room next to me and woke up every time their front door slammed closed. Bathroom was small and shower was grimey. Good if you just need to lay your head somewhere at night

Unfortunately the lobby and sidewalk are were under construction. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was upgraded without even asking. It was an extremely comfortable stay. The location in Manhattan was perfect. Walking distance to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Penn Station, Central Park.

Nothing special about this location. Only outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Limited outlets in room and some didn’t work. “Restaurant” in hotel was very sketchy…not a real welcoming feeling to whole property and staff.

The lobby is haphazard and looks like it’s falling apart. There are more signs and messages around the property tape up with packaging tape than there are professional looking wayfinding and other key signage. The room was just fine but the entire experience of staying there because of the lobby, the 45 min check-in wait, and a lack of space to sit and eat or meet in the hotel was surprising

So convenient to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and other shows. Many dining options close by. Right next to the police station so we felt super safe. The room was clean and spacious, could not have asked for more.

There was construction going on outside the adjoining property that has the hotel frontage looking a bit crappy but this did not bother us. We had the buffet breakfast at Gastro 35 and it was decent for the price of $20. The rooms were very well cleaned everyday when we got back. There was a subway entry 50 ft away. I would stay again. The room could do with a bit more cupboard or drawer space….there was none..NOV 18, 2024

The property has a subway station just 3 minutes walk. The food offer is little. The late check in is good. The hotels is very good for families. They have sufficient space for families of 5 in one room.

A solid place to stay for events at or around MSG, most everything you need in easy walking distance, cheaper validated parking than most and rooms were larger than competitors in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful but rooms could use some updating and maintenance. Would stay again.

If you are seeing a show at Madison Square Garden, it is very convenient to that location and Penn Station. And it’s not expensive. And has a decent buffet breakfast. The room is clean and there is a bar in the lobby. Unfortunately, there is construction right next-door so it’s kind of dirty and messy on the street, but that’s a temporary thing.
