This is an astoundingly beautiful hotel. The decor and design is world class, and the staff only adds to the seamless experience. This is a solid 5 star stay in one of the most fun neighborhoods in NY, and it’s done with a lot of imagination and panache. Did I mention how comfortable the beds were?

Every member of staff at the hotel is exceptional. The kindness, detail and level of service is incredible. Martin, our butler during our stay, went out of his way to make the stay memorable, comfortable and lovely. The suite is beautiful.

Very beautiful and truly an amazing location. Its basically a rather excellent room without much more (minimal amenities). Breakfast in the hotel is laughably expensive given what you get (infinitely better options all around so not a problem). Service is very nice and personal (not too many guests) but no one going out of their way to help or seriously attend to issues (such as our room not being made at 3 PM though we left the room already at 9 AM). Very expensive and ultimately underwhelming, but there are some clear strengths (design; room; location)
