The front desk staff person was very welcoming, courteous and professional. This is my second time back. Highly recommend this hotel especially if coming to watch a Broadway show.

The Iroquois is a very well located hotel with many hotels and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is in need of a renovation. The room was spacious but dingy. Value is acceptable but the lobby and rooms need to be upgraded to truly be worthy of Small Luxury Hotels of the World distinction. I look forward to seeing this happen so I can happily return to the Iroquois.

Amazing location for being able to see all that NYC has to see and do during the Christmas holidays. Close enough buy also far enough away to be away from the crowds. Included breakfast was not your average hotel include breakfast - made to order dishes and local bakery selections. Yum! Staff was excellent!
