However, he assumed that the first-time guest was familiar with the hotel amenities outside the room which made my check-in experience unsatisfactory. The gym was closed (false advertising by Expedia); no ice machine on the 20th floor..

The hotel is walkable to many areas and management was very friendly and courteous. The one thing I didn’t like is there was green mold all around the A/C unit on the wall.

This hotel was amazing from the staff and the convince of shipping was so easy transportation was easy we love it and anytime am here I will stay here our flight was delay for 6 hours we check in at 20pm and they gave us to sleep in late I thought that was night instead of checking out 11a they gave us extra time ! Thank you so much my husband and I enjoy our stay and last thing breakfast was excellent. See you soon

Hidden costs and parking costs are the bane of trips to Manhattan. Not the fault of this very nice hotel (great vibe, nice rooms) but still a taxing downer.
