This was one of the worst Marriott’s I have ever stayed in. The room was tiny, bathroom had mould around the window and was freezing. Staff were disinterested and really scruffy. Will not be returning.

Lovely hotel, quieter part of New York. The best hotel bed I have slept in. Convenient and quick check in and checkout. Loved having Starbucks on the premises.

The stay was good and the hotel is a good option. However, I have not yet received the final invoice from the hotel. My card was blocked for a significant amount which was to be settled during check out. Due to the rush, we were told that the invoice would be sent via email, and the remaining amount credited to the card.

We enjoyed the hotel itself. We were not pleased that the room did not have a microwave or a mini fridge. There wasn’t one available in the lobby either. Everything else was great but I’ve never stayed in a hotel room without those basic amenities
