It’s aight!
It was good. The bed was lumpy. Our plane landed early so we had to do a 100.00 early check in. Being from Texas we wouldn’t have had no where to put luggage so felt like we had to pay it. No food in hotel. Coffee bar out for like 2 hours. Just an ok stay. Hottest shower I ever had at a hotel

Have stayed at the Muse before and do love it Work is being done on the outside so unfortunately takes away from the appearance and I do remember the lobby being a little different My only complaint would probably be the coffee in the lobby was horrible but I only had to walk to the pub next door for a great cup

The 24:7 gym was closed. The bar was closed. Neither of these things were noted on the website or when booking. I paid for two rooms for two nights and very disappointed at the lack of transparency. The rooms and location were perfect. I think there should be some compensation for the facilities being u see renovation. Esp given the price paid.
