Great location and great value
Location is great, realy close to a lot of places someone may want to see when they visit. The entire staff was very friendly and offered tips about the city and traveling around. My room was clean when I arrived and overall a great value for the money.

Ok for a short stay
Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Tacked on an extra $20 per night fee on arrival. The shade for the window was jammed. The window faced a dark fire escape space - felt like a weird twilight the entire stay. No cups - even a disposal one.

The AC clearly didn’t work properly. Was on high @60° & the room was still not cool On a good note I forgot my Luis Vuitton bag, my prescription eyeglasses & a shirt in the closet. Flor was FABULOUS!!! After 3 days of phone calls she was the only one that FINALLY got me answers & I picked up my belongings the next day. I stay here frequently when I work in nyc. Flor is an exceptional employee! I’ve come to know her👌💚
