This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I waited over 7 hours for check in and the manager Eric, was extremely rude about the situation his staff put us through. Would only recommend based off the location, everything else including the rooms and customer service were not even close to what you'd expect from a Marriott property.

After booking this hotel and receiving a confirmation from them I received an email about six hours later that night saying they had no rooms for the “confirmed reservation“. When I emailed and asked them for some sort of remedy for the situation I was ignored. Rest assured the letter W will not appear in my hotel vernacular again.

I have stayed at numerous W properties. This does not compare to the level of room quality I have come to expect. I booked my artist here as well, and had to move her to another property it was so bad. I have video of the issues if you would like to see
