I’ve been staying here for years but lately I’m not really feeling it. They charge for parking now which I think it’s a little bit crazy. None of the ice machines in any floor work and I don’t know why they have been like that for a while.

Clearly the third party booking reservations get the crappy rooms. No sheers, yet the rails still up, blinds had taped repairs, sink didn’t drain, leaving gross toothbrushing detritus on the surface, had to call maintenance to get the HVAC working & ice on this floor is out of order. Mattress needs to be flipped/spun as there is a distinct impression on one side. Definitely not the quality I’m used to from the Aloft.

All was great and deserving of 5 star. The only exception was the outdoors pool as it appears to need the algae cleaned from the bottom of pool. It may be an issue of painting but it stopped us from using the pool
