Staff is amazing, room was great besides weird wet spot on the sheet that was quickly changed out by the staff who went above and beyond to get it quickly changed late at night. There was no hot water in shower for 4 days. Even after requesting everyday they didn’t fixed it till I check out. One day technician came in and he left his tool and shower knob unfixed for more then 24 hours.

Very dirty hallways and rooms. The carpet area outside the bathroom had red stains everywhere. Stained sofa and linens. Attempted to call the front desk several times for assistance with no response. Always the busy tone. We only stayed one night to attend an event nearby; therefore, did not have the time to discuss our concerns with their staff directly. Definitely not going to recommend it to anyone.

AMAZING experience
My stay was AMAZING! Receptionists were absolutely incredible especially Karla and the other gentlemen who seemed new and was in training. They were super helpful, greeted me every time I walked in and made me feel so welcomed. I’m definitely coming back here and referring friends to this hotel. Thank you
