Yes, the young lady at the front was very rude when ask about gettting a tag to hang in the car. I had already informed her that my sister would be arriving shortly. When my sister arrived at the front desk to receive the tag, Mary told her no because it was already a tag giiving for that room but the guest in front of us had received 2 tags. Veery disappointed and I think my family will make.other arrangements to stsy somewhere else, the next time we are in ton for visit. Also, zi still haven't received my $100 deposit back. O Y

Very odd hotel. Felt more like a nightclub. People partying in the lobby and hallways. Lots of loud music and cannabis use. Very odd parking where you had to take a ticket to even approach the hotel. Not convenient or pleasant at all.
