Airport shuttle service is good. Also the food store at the lobby level, although small, provides good selection at reasonable price. I got breakfast with coffee, cake and an orange. The croissant sandwich was heated up for me. Nice service.

Horrible customer service. This hotel charged my card didn't even stay at hotel. Called front desk they first said that they can help and refund the charge. Then I speak to another manager and he was like just to fraud on your card. Even though they see the pending charge and can refund it he won't help. Never stay there. I recommend another hotel.

Overall it was fine, but it was extremely busy at 1 am in the morning with slamming doors, loud people talking and extremely loud music next door. I had to call security for them to shut down the music which they did. For some reason, the toilet paper roll was damp as well. Also, I couldn't find the free shuttle pick up at the airport so I ended up getting a taxi for $35.

I changed rooms because the first room stink so bad But the second room was not better, no smell but the cleanliness of the room was bad, I will post the pics I took. I also got the breakfast cause it was included in my reservation and it was terrible, too much food, that look recycled from days , the plates still had food from previous person although were placed in the clean stack

All of the above. The staff were amazing. I just want to thank especially Hassan for everything. He was very helpful, kind and handled the multi task like a champ. He does his best to be sure my stay was worth it. I young lady that helped out in the breakfast room is on top of her job. I just want to say I am very pleased.
