It was everything we needed for an unexpected overnight in Newark after a cancelled flight. The shuttle service at the crack of dawn was efficient and friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast was served, but I was able to get a nice cup of coffee in the lobby before heading back to the airport.

My family and I have had our share of Holiday Inn stays over the years, particularly in airport areas. So, I am confident that I can adequately say that this property surprised me. First, for its space and clean common areas, such as the main entrance and lobby, and the elevators; their café is open 24 hours, and offers a good selection of grab'n-go food. Second, the shuttle service to and from the airport was clean, fast, and polite. Lastly, and this is my favorite part, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I gave it four stars because I found that the bathroom had some maintenance neglect, and the restaurant stops serving at 9:30 on most weekdays.

it was such a rundown hotel. The room i stayed have a leak in the bathroom door and they cant even find out whats wrong with it.Stayed 2 nights and we need to keep putting a towel in the bathroom door so it wont leak there. The room is dirty as well. Overall hotel is not clean. Restaurant on site is overpriced and served us undercooked chicken and didnt even offer a refund. I wouldnt stay here again or recommend this to anyone.
