Overnight stay due to cxl’d flight out of Newark with 3 work colleagues and each room (different floors etc) had a strong musty damp smell. Unsure if from old A/C wall/window units or something else, but it is not isolated, and hotel should do something about it. Best part of hotel is the bar- hence the 2 star!

Not a pleasant experience

The room doors were very hard to close resulting in people slamming doors and keeping us from sleeping well. The restaurant staff appeared as though the really didn’t want to be there and barely responded even after you would thank them for taking or delivering your order. On Sunday morning, I was interested in getting breakfast but my wife was not hungry. They would not allow her to sit in the restaurant with me if she did not order. On the positive side the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. Based on my overall opinion I would not stay here again

The rooms, hotel, bathrooms and staff were wonderful and very clean. My issue was that I had an early arrival and I called to see if I could check in early and was initially told I can, but that it would be at around 2:30-3:00pm. Then I called after 2:30pm and was told that I could not check in until 4pm, despite being told I could prior. And when I called at 4pm to check in, My room still was not available and then charge me 21.00 for the night to park??? Not happy, nor would I stay there again!!!
