This place is like a gang place, extremely unsafe, extremely bad stuff and not co-operative. The room is smelly and light is not working. They charge me extra and did not refund the deposit.

It took 2 hours to get checked in, the Communication with management is somewhat there, but the effort is not there at all. The bed board fell on us at 8am as we slept, and when informing the front desk, who then informed her supervisor of the incident, the supervisor never contacted me, reached out, or checked in on us during a 2 1/2 hour wait period…. It wasn’t until I asked the young lady at the front desk again that I was then told at 10:50 am, 10 mins before check out time, that the supervisor was apparently on the property beforehand, but had just left the property I was then told to email someone about my problem… never again will I use this hotel

It does have roaches. I called ahead of time and asked about the review the front desk said no. Then my first night I saw a roach in my bathroom so I went to the front desk about it and they said they would fix it. Then few days later a roach on my bed while I’m laying in it and then a roach on the tv. They need to get the roaches fixed because it’s no way to live at all and cleaning should be a priority. And housekeeping should clean every day not every 4 days that may be why there are roaches
