We enjoyed our stay last night. Overall it was a good experience. It would be beneficial to your hotel to have the front desk clerk be more warm and welcoming. She defintely gave off "I really dont want to be here" vibes, but we got what we needed to check in. Since the front desk clerk IS the face of your business, they really should be friendly and welcoming. The clerk at the desk this morning when i checked out was great! A great ambassador for your business!
