Stayed four nights in July 2024. This was our first stay at a Sleep Inn. Likely, it will be our last if staying for more than one night.
During check-in, the gentleman was very short and lacked the friendliness that I have come to expect during check-in. This same gentleman was present at check-out and acted in the same manner. There was no "thank you for choosing us" or anything at all. No offer of receipt.
During the stay, one of the elevators was out of service. Not the end of the world, just a comment. Our room appeared clean. The entry light and one of the bathroom lights went out during our stay. Our phone did not work, so in order to get more towels, I had to go to the front desk. Again, not the end of the world. However, we rang the bell and had to wait for several minutes for someone to get to us. Once we were helped, the lady was very nice.
We used the breakfast area on three mornings. Unfortunately, it was not well stocked. The available choices were quite limited. Availability of drinks was limited each day (milk, juice, and water). We didn't use the pool or fitness area, so no feedback available for those.
