First off the check in staff were great and the room was nice. The issue I had is that I made an order for room service to deliver food (our dinner). I specifically advised front desk before hand that they could either leave the food in front of the door or go in and set it in the room. I did this in person as my wife and I needed to meet with family. On our return we did not have our order. I called the front desk and was advised a manager would call me back. An hour later I left the room after getting no response to find out the restaurant was closed and that nothing had been communicated between teams. We ended up skipping dinner as at that point it was extremely late and delivery from any doordash option would put us over midnight and our flight was at 3am. I was told to get anything I wanted from the snack bar- which was extremely limited in offerings to begin with. I was told that anything I did get would be complimentary. We ended up missing dinner completely, and were not given an acceptable solution and were dismissed. This is easily my worst experience with Marriot and I am very unhappy with how this played out. This is not an acceptable Marriot experience.
