Wasn’t the best trip
Honestly, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice, we left early due to: the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close the faucet in the Sprayed two ways, one of the tiles on the floor/wall hung off, the door that lead outside look like it had had someone attempt to break in 😅 we ending up leaving early and even that was sketch. We had to ask a police officer to come because two men stalked me and my friends each time we left our room

This place is the worst I don’t know how they are still open for business. Had to get a room change because the first room reeked of a chemical spray coming from the filthy looking carpet (which Ed gave us headaches by morning time), had no refrigerator missing light bulbs and you can clearly see dirt on the walls and furniture. The bathroom door was coming apart not to mention the desk chair cushion is all ripped up. They was able to change the room until the next day the second room thankfully lacked the dirty carpet and smell but bathroom was the same and there was no ice bucket or ironing board in the room I called to see if they can bring it after an hour wait I had to go down myself then follow him around to different empty rooms in search of these items which only revealed more rooms in horrible conditions. This was a last minute trip it was a busy weekend because of the college homecoming week and it wasn’t the cheapest location I could find which I thought would have left me in a better spot but obviously I was wrong they need to rename themselves “Low Quality Inn” this was my first time ever stay in a Quality Inn and I will never stay in another one anywhere again.

They need to do some serious work on this property. The elevator is broken and the rooms smell. It’s so bad.

This was one of the worst stays ever. This was a a GHETTO HOTEL The issue I am having is they advertised under the Quailty Inn and not a chain of this level (ie Motel 6, Knights Inn, or Travel Loge). Certain chains are kniwn for certain level of quality. IE Quailty Inn, Comfort Inn, and Sleep Inn are all known for very excellence level of service. On the other hand Roadway Inn, Motel 6, Knights Inn, and Travel Lodge are known for poor quality of service (aka ghetto hotels.) This place was one of those. If they advertised under one of those ghetto hotel names, I would not have an issue becuse I know what I am getting. That why I don't stay at one of those places.

Hotel room wasnt clean. Tub was brown. Holes in the walls shower dirtyw/black soap dish. Sheets weren’t fresh and bed was uncomfortable. Checked out about 2hrs later but was still charged for the night

I didn't like the mood in the ceiling in the bathroom, all the spiders (found on in the bed), tub was not clean at all, toilet was backed up, everything was broken (drawers, racks in the closet, light in bathroom blinking), wasn't vacuumed, i asked for a wake up cal at 7 am the clerk said ok and put it in the system, they never did it, when approached them about it, they said they don't do wake up calls,pool was closed the entire time.

We ended up leaving the property early after finding roaches coming in and out of a hole in the wall. We currently have a video of this that we would not mind sharing. Aside from that, cigarette burns in the sheets in a non smoking room, exposed wiring under the a/c unit, pubic hair in the share that is NOT ours. Have pictures of all of this as well. 10/10 would not recommend.

Do not stay here!! I booked because I was traveling with my daughter and it is the worse hotel ever. They still haven’t given me my refund. The pictures are far from accurate. I walked in the room and walked out to ask for my refund. The area is not safe and the rooms are dirty with a weird smell too. Y’all better process my refund
