It is just an excellent hotel with outstanding services and just a beautiful decor I went for work and it was such a pleasure to be returning to the hotel after a long day of meetings.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Dublin. Rooms were beautifully presented and the main areas of the hotel were pristine. The hotel offers a good variety of dining options and the Horseshoe bar is fantastic. The pool area was nice but felt disconnected from the theme of the hotel. We will definitely be staying again.

This was the most expensive place we stayed on a 3 week trip. Hotel was very nice and everyone was friendly. Our room had a view of a building and a roof. Deluxe room is just basic.

For the price was expecting more, valet was very convenient. Rooms were just OK and the pool was more like a small lane pool than a spa like pool. Room service options very limited

The Very Definition of Elegance
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Shelbourne and it was the very definition of elegance. When you enter the door you are greeted with friendly faces immediately followed by lovely fresh flowers that smelled divine. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed breakfast daily and cocktails at the bars. The central location enabled us to walk everywhere to enjoy all that Dublin offers, including the International Literature Festival Dublin (a trip highlight). I only wish we had more time to enjoy the spa, salon, and pool. We look forward to visiting again, thank you!
