The property was stunning and the staff were amazing. We had a leak in our rooms roof and the outlets weren’t working and they immediately moved us to a different room despite our short stay and upgraded us! I had the most amazing weekend there and I’d recommend it to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Also the bartender Matt is a Legend.

It’s awesome hotel, our room was super, love the little touches. The restaurant and the bar were excellent! Didn’t try the spa just because was staying with a child and spa were 16 plus, but apparently they had a snow room which would have been super cool !

124Q is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and surprised with a room upgrade for our wedding anniversary weekend, which made us feel truly special. The location is extremely convenient with great restaurants, shopping & Shaw festival theatre nearby (walkable). We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again next year!

Nice amenities and friendly staff.

Some nice amenities, esp. shuttle service within 15 minutes, to bars, restaurants and Shaw Festival. Did not care for the accessible room we agreed to. It seemed to be accommodating for a wheelchair- bound person, but was awkward for someone not needing it, I.e. heavy bathroom door which was difficult and slow to operate.
