The place was OK. The people were nice, but the room was horrible. We found a tick on the pillow. I got some bed bought bite even my kids got some bug bite.

I had more than 5 marks of bug bites on my body , it was noisy and seemed like the place was falling apart. But it is cheaper that other hotels.

Just needed a place to sleep for a few hours.
Room smelled like wet dog. Hairs on the wall in the shower, smallest TV ever, no breakfast offered and for christ sakes, vacuum the damn hallways!

The only plus was the proximity to my destination. Def not worth the price. Filthy, fridge in room didn’t work, no remote for tv. Very outdated property and the hallways were in need of a vacuum.

This property was booked for a cheap place for men to stay while working in Lewiston. Would not stay here if it were for pleasure/vacation. Four night stay with no housekeeping service or fresh towels/soap and nobody in the office to request it!!

Great Stay
Great value, location, and service! Walking distance to downtown Lewiston and ArtPark. Other reviews were kind of down on this spot, so I was apprehensive, but was very happy with the place. If you're looking for a clean, central, affordable place to stay I would recommend staying here!

Nice place to stay for a reasonable price - lots of value here. Reasonably attractive and clean rooms; mine could have used a little more vacuuming but was very clean. Staff were polite but not as warm or friendly as the staff you find in the Lewiston shops, hotels and businesses. I recommend staying here nonetheless. Art Park, restaurants, drug store and the main drag are all within walking distance.

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were comfortable and the views were outstanding. Easy access to Niagara Falls from here. Super market very walkable from here. Best hotel if you wish to visit the Niagara Falls

Stayed for one night because I didn’t have any other options. It was absolutely terrible. Check in was confusing and the clerk was not particularly helpful or welcoming. Room was filthy, particularly the floors. The fridge didn’t work despite what the clerk said and there was no TV remote. I’ll never stay again and wish I never had to in the first place!

The hotel was absolutley disgusting. There was no breakfast, which i would'nt have eaten anyway! I couldn't even sleep under the blankets, it was that bad. The price i paid to stay in that hotel was highway robbery for the condition. I wouldnt have even given 1 star if that was an option! The ice machine with no scoop...what? Use your grubby hands?? The sticky carpets and that dank smell...what actually is that?? Nothing good to say about my stay. Disgusting!!!

Should be condemned
Absolutely horrible. Did not end up staying there. No refund provided. Dirty rooms, rude staff. Dirty property all together. Felt very unsafe. We were the only guests booked for the night, no other guests on property.

Such a disappointment, for 200 dollars this hotel was dirty, old sheets and bedding. Carpet needed vacuuming in hallways. Great location , finer next door f as mastic!!
