Even though they claim to be a smoke free facility, my room smelled like smoke and all I was told was that they would send someone up to spray the room. Internet went down twice in the room and I was told that I needed to call tech support. 5 days onsite and not once was I greated when I entered or exited the facility (yet they made eye contact each time), not very customer service friendly in my opinion. On a brighter side, the ladies serving breakfast were pleasant every day and welcomed me and said 'have a good day when was leaving'

The bed sheets were not clean. The toilet in the room was improperly installed so that it was not easy to use. The dining area was very small and many people had to wait in line.

Good basic hotel. Clean but heating/ac very noisy and clicking in every few minutes. Rooms not sound proof at all! One small elevator. Promised 3 rooms together partial view and did not get this.

Manger was very rude I was told the was a 200 deposited for the two nights when I called on news years eve because they took money off my credit card when I called they told me it was for the first night and for parking and for the 50 dollar deposit my say was for Jan 3 -5, when I called they didn't mention anything about 200 deposit or on there website, when I was talking to the male manger I told him it was wrong he told me do you want me to cancelled your stay I told him no because I drove two hours to get here, he then told me move a side and let them deal with other people he didn't let the girl deal with the other people he dealt with them instead of stepping aside and finish talking to me he dealt with the people in line , I said can I have credit card and my driver's license back let me see what I can do. Went and got my husband credit card as soon as we came back in he went hide like a big chicken we dealt with another girl told what happens she had a confused looked on her face and help with us with no problem with the 50 dollar deposit, I won't recommend the comfort Inn fallsview to no body the manger he was every person and could not speak English very well, the first night we had lots of parking the second night it was had to fine parking for a pickup truck so I won't recommend this place to nobody.

The only thing good about this hotel is just the location. Staffs are all poor - all they can say to guest is a NO, there is no hospitality at all from the front of house and back of the ouse. We arrived very late almost midnight and we have a baby with us, asked for a little late check out the next day and right away the answer was a NO. Although hotel is dead during these times of year, no flexibility, and to have a check out at 12 noon they say they will have to charge. Same goes for parking, where wanted to just take a walk shortly to see the falls, and they only gave half hour for it. The weather was very cold and windy when we were there, and again travelling with small baby we move a little slow; hence, required an extra time. Breakfast room is very small and we had to wait in line to get in. The bathroom in the room is very small, hard to move around especially if you are a bigger person. The vanity and bathroom is separated make it super weird as no sink in the bathroom. We booked the room with river view, and was put on a low level, couldn't really see anything - not even close to the pictures shown. Even though we were just there for a transit, our overall experience was terrible but they probably don't care about guest's experience, judging from how the staffs are treating.

There is no connection from our room to the indoor pool & breakfast lounge. We have to bundle up to go outside just to have their free breakfast and to use the pool. Very inconvenient. Keep it mind that when we get to the breakfast, there is not much selection. (Only Omelette & Sausage) WOW! The washroom smells like wet market. The AC / heater was so loud that it was hard to get to sleep. The only good thing with this hotel/inn was the location and THAT WAS IT.
