Reasonable place to live in Niagra Falls. Bathrooms are not designed properly. At least the one I stayed. Staff was tired and exhausted. Plus point is that this is close to all the amenities and the fun in Niagra.

My check in was lovely. It was my third time staying at this property and the check in desk person remembered me. After that things were - eh. The toilet needed to have the handle held down for it to flush properly. The towels were dingy and stained. They "cleaned" the room after our first night, taking the towels we didn't want to reuse, but did not leave us new towels or wash clothes. I had to call to the front desk twice to get towels brought up and they did not bring wash cloths. I used the in room coffee my first morning and they did not replace it, so I had to get dressed and go to the lobby my second morning to get coffee, which was quite inconvenient. As I said I have stayed here in the past, but I am not certain I would stay again.

Very disappointed. When i booked i was interested in the jacuzzi because I've done Jacuzzi at other hotels but with other hotels they had a private shower area. At this hotel u had know privacy whatsoever to take a shower because the shower was combined with the jacuzzi and it was in plain view of the bedroom. Romantic couple room or not but this is a terrible setup because people need there privacy. The toilet area was like a sardine can. Had to squeeze urself through to clise the door cause it was such a tiny tiny space. The info on Expedia wheb u reserve the room says shower/tub combo but it should read shower/jacuzzi tub combo with no private shower. Very very disappointed and a bit angry with this issue.

The room didn’t smell good because they don’t have a ventilation in the bathrooms and the cisterns are very old and don’t flush properly. Even if they clean the bathroom every day, the room smells bad.

The rooms are old and in need of major updates: mildew in shower which had no light (showering in the dark is odd) scratchy thin towels and no refrigerator in a suite! The tv would sometimes work and sometimes not.The hot tub was out of order and you have to go all the way down to the lobby for ice. But the beds were comfortable and it was generally quiet. Very convenient to downtown shopping, restaurants and attractions.
