I didn't like that at check-in the clerk asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a room with a bgger window over looing Niagra Falls for $75.00 extra a night, I declined because I already booked a falls view room and there were no bigger windows than the one I stayed in.

The hotel is close to the falls and public transportation. The location in a corner that lots of people dangerously jaywalk day or night due to closure of the bridge that link to the incline rail. Lots of dining options around but most ratings are average. Breakfast is crowded all the time with limited options. On the second day, we moved our breakfast venue to a meeting room due to maximum capacity at the main restaurant. Guest didn't clean up after themself and there is no service attendant. Trays and spilled food were left there the entire time. Everyone has to share table. We reserved a room with American Falls and Niagara Falls view but was check in room with partial view of Niagara Falls, yet get charge for our full reservation price. Not too sure if it has something to do with me turning down the upgrade option at the front. We were told to wait and come back a bit later for our room (a partial view Niagara fall view room). No daily room service but our one time special request was attended right away.
