Very busy but lots of staff to help out. Breakfast was crazy on Sunday, long lines. Loved being able to see the falls from room. Bartenders kinda had an attitude with the free drink ticket holders!

Property is great and it included breakfast, some refreshments/snack during the day. We had some issues with elevators and breakfast. Sometimes we were wait elevator more than 15 min. To get breakfast and get better sit, you have to come from 6.30am-08.30am, from 08.30-09.30am very heavy traffic. Beautiful view from window on Niagara falls. So many amenities near property. You feel safe there, Ontario doesn't sleep like New York City. Niagara Parks created an amazing, orginazed amenities, activities (some of them are free, for some you have to pay).

Our room was cleaned 1 time. The staff is RUDE. we were in the presidential suite and expected so much more. Breakfast was awful. AND THE ELEVATOR...15 minute wait minimum to go anywhere
