We had an overall good experience, but issues with the fridge in the hotel room was not working properly and damaged all our food. They gave us a small amount that was not enough to cover the cost. Also the shop selling the wands, needs better explanation. As they didn't mention the terms of use, therefore they make you pay $60 for the wand and then the quest play is only for that visit. So you would need to activate and pay extra per visit. Which they did not mention when purchasing the wand. They don’t explain the packages properly and the whole place as overall unorganized.

I went to the lodge with my sons, 5 & 8! The facilities were perfect, and the staff were outstanding! The food however was a little pricy for what it was. We will be visiting again.

I loved spending time with the family and all the things to do there. Only thing I would suggest changing is the extras that families have to pay. Maybe include the bowling and the mini putt into the package. Life is expensive now, I get the extras as its nice to make the money but I know we spent about 1000.00 with the stay and food cost. It would be nice to have the options for mini putt or bowling included. Besides that, 10 out of 10. Your facility is amazing and your all so kind and doing a great job!!

Amazing stay overall, an amazing family getaway My only complaint/recommendation would be to avoid room 2048 or any room that is beside a stairwell, it was extremely loud with footsteps and banging sounds, ourselves and the children were woken up multiple times until midnight

During my stay at Great wolf lodge, I experienced an unacceptable issue that left me extremely frustrated. After using the water park, I went to my room to take a shower and discovered, in the middle of showering, that the soap bottle was completely EMPTY. Can you imagine how humiliating and inconvenient it is to realize there’s no soap while you’re already in the shower? I had no choice but to use shampoo to clean my body—a situation that should NEVER happen in a hotel, especially one charging premium holiday rates. I immediately called the front desk, and while I received an apology, no one bothered to refill the soap bottle. This complete lack of basic service and follow-up is outrageous. For the price I paid, I expected at least the bare minimum—working amenities and proper housekeeping. This experience was not only disappointing but also infuriating. I demand an explanation and assurance that no guest will have to face such negligence again.
