Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were particularly appreciative of the charging available for our EV. Breakfast was always well presented and kept very clean. Facility cleanliness was excellent.

Not sure if all hotels are doing this and if this was the case. Our room was not cleaned or made up after the first night. It seems that the new thing is that you need to request it. Would have been nice if they notify or asked you at check in. Otherwise the everything is great!

We were there to see Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. People are very nice. Not real quiet for sleeping. We were on top floor. But it is a tourist spot. Food and attractions.

Beware, the Hampton Inn charges you more than double. For a two night stay, that should cost only CAD 577.94, my card was charged as follows: (1) Aug 12, 2024 = CAD 50.00. (2) Aug 13, 2024 = CAD 627.94 and (3) Aug 15, 2024 = CAD 577.94. Not sure if they will ever return the first two. Never again will I stay there.

Missing amenities in room - no makeup mirror, few amenities in bathroom. Bring your own Qtips, makeup remover pads, hair conditioner, drinking water, pen, paper. Breakfast selection is limited. Other Hampton Hiltons we have stayed at offered fresh fruit, muffins, back bacon, several types of bread and sweets and gave us a free bottle of water when checking in. It is a clean hotel, but we would not stay there at this particular Hampton Hilton again.
