Overall it was good. Some staff were a bit standoffish and the shower could have been a bit cleaner but overall it was good and will return once in the area. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but not due to the staff but the customers. They were a bit unruly and I feel like they didn’t appreciate the breakfast staff as they should have.

Not a bad place to stay like most HIEX. Easy to get to, away from the tourist traffic but not far from the sights. The down side would be the water pressure and the food in the rooftop bar. Water pressure was so low it was hard to wash my daughter’s hair. And the rooftop bar was expensive and the food was 4/10, edible but not going again.

The property is very nicely kept and clean. We have stayed here several times. This time the free breakfast wasn’t very good. Again, free so can’t complain too much. Ran out of a lot of things and slow to restock. The other thing is the front desk is often vacant with no one manning it. They are out back behind a wall which leaves people waiting
