This location was perfect for being able to walk easily to all the amusements at Clifton Hill. It was also only about a 15 minute walk to the falls. Plenty of shopping and dining without even needing to drive anywhere. Room looked just like the photos but does smell musty like old gym shoes. Beds are comfortable enough. Fridge and microwave in the room. Water pressure for showers was great. The pool and hot tub are nice and theres even a dry sauna if you like that. We would stay here again.

The hotel was very close to Clifton Hill. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Coffee was only available in the morning, the gym wasn't opened as the time indicated on the door and staffs don't care. The room cards kept not working during our stay, so we need to wait at the reception to change or re-activate them...

It is located in a busy area where restaurants and attractions are close by. It’s about 15 mins walking distance from the falls. Rooms are reasonably sized. If you need to have space for a travel crib to be placed nicely/safely in the room, the two-queen beds room doesn’t provide enough space. The two rooms we stayed in are generally clean. However, crumbs of food were spotted on the chair in one of the rooms.
