A Gem near Niagara Falls!
What an amazing experience we had at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa! Very friendly Hotel Personnel and what a nice area to stay in! We hope to go back soon! I highly recommend this beautiful Hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in a fabulous place near the Falls!

This property needs some serious updates for the price you pay. There are NO outlets for electronic devices. In this day and age, everyone uses their phones and needs to charge them. The staff is pleasant but no one explained housekeeping policies upon check in.

Vinyl flooring in my room not glued down properly. They also sneak in a $10 charge at the end that is in the fine print of the contract…very deceiving. Very old interior and needs updating….lots of lipstick to cover up this pig. Not worth the money I paid for it

We LOVED that our room was so big with updated decor. However we paid extra for an upgraded room with whirlpool jaccuzi and we were told all upgraded rooms are on the first floor. We were also disappointed our view was facing nothing but overgrown bushes 10 feet from our window. We also heard every step from the people above us… through most of the night and early morning. Also annoying was despite the huge bathroom, they did not provide a light above the vanity. It was so bad I didn’t use it for applying makeup. If it weren’t for these several things, are stay was perfect!
