Nice hotel overall
My stay was overall great. The hotel is nice and the staff is very nice and helpful. It is just a block to Clifton or across the street and about a 10 min walk to the falls. However, it's not as sound proof as other hotels I've stayed in...I could hear ppl using the ice machine down the hall and around the corner all night. I also could hear ppl revving their engines on the street all night. I could also do with bigger towels... I'd say the bath towels were smaller than average. The other weird thing that happened, which was particularly my fault was that I booked the trip originally as one night, then decided to add a night. Well, hotels.com did not have my room option available by then but Expedia did so I booked the other night there. Well once I got to the hotel they couldn't just merge the reservationd , I had to checkout the next day and check back in, which was super easy but still took time and was weird. Also, parking at the hotel is $25 a day!! And no breakfast. So, it's kind of a nickel and dime you situation in Niagara falls.

The property had a noticeable odor throughout, which was quite unpleasant. Although there were available parking spots onsite, we were instructed to park two blocks away from the hotel. The towels provided were dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable, which significantly affected our stay.

The Staff were very helpful, polite, and very nice. The property was right down the street from the main strip in Clifton Hills with tons of entertainment and eating options. The distance to the Falls was even walkable. The room was a little "worn", but for the price and considering the location that was fine. Just don't expect a 4 star hotel. It is a nice hotel, great staff, and good location.

The hotel was average but extremely accommodating. We booked a view but did not get it our first night, after asking for a view they nicely moved our room. Super nice and friendly staff, would certainly recommend!

The hotel was nice and looked newly remodeled. The toilet was a little loose, but that didn’t bother me. The hotel staff was very friendly. The only issue I had, which was not necessarily the hotels fault, a few cars had drag races and donuts in the street and in the parking lot across the street at 2:30 in the morning. It was not very pleasant. Lastly, the hotel should have included the parking in the price of the stay and not charged separately each day of the stay.
