This is a very simple but clean little hotel… we didn’t use the pool so no idea how it is. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very nice and helpful… The location is perfect… We had stayed at large well known hotels at Niagara before but I would say considering the location and cleanliness, this was better… we will definitely go back…

The property has just been updated and is fresh clean and stylish. Rooms are comfortable and bright. A lot of places to plug electronic devices in to charge batteries.

When we leave, housekeeper staff have conversations loudly and commenting about how guest made mess at theb room with unfavorable words. I'm not sure how to react infront of my young child.

This property was ok, I would never go back to it though. Nonsmoking rooms, smelled like smoke. It’s cheaper to park next door for $5 a day then to park at the lot they have a few blocks away for $15 a day because it’s hard to get parking on site at $25-30 a day, not enough parking at the hotel. Nothing special here except the night front reception desk man named Drew, he was very helpful and accommodating. He deserves a raise!

Great property close to all the action. Right on the WEGO route for ease of access. The whole facility has been renovated and is quite literally the hidden gem on the top of the hill.

My husband and I stayed here for New Year’s Eve with our kids. The hotel is conveniently located to all major attractions and lots of dining options. Great view at the American Falls from the room. Staff very polite and efficient. Highly recommended.
