Booked a room for an out of town wedding. We found the last guests drinks in the fridge. Pillows felt like cotton calls in a pillow case, I woke up at 4 am and my neck hurt so bad I couldn’t stay lying down anymore. Carpets were so stained, it just felt dirty. Whole building had a strange odour, and the sheets smelled super musty. Requested a court, but they do not have them here. Bed itself was comfortable, check in was early and friendly service, and my kids enjoyed the breakfast.

Welland Travelodge is a good option to consider if you’re looking for somewhere to stay close to Niagara or if your exploring south Niagara towards Lake Erie

Not happy. One set of shower towels for two people, broken desk legs and arm of chair, gap between wall and skirting in bathroom. Also someone set the alarm clock for midnight which woke us up

Our experience w the hotel was good. Clean, reasonable price, etc. Only issue… There were some guests that were quite noisy after midnight.

I get the place is old. But come on - give the room a paint job. There were badly drywalled holes, paint chips out of the walls, air conditioner unit - rusty, inside of the drawers could have used a simple shelf paper. The drab brown curtains were hung with a rope or something. Buy a curtain rod. Here's an idea. Add a picture to the room to warm it up. Not one picture? Barely an outlet to charge your phone. TV was super small, 8 channels and everyone of them had snow on it and the sound was awful. Only good thing I can say, is the pillows were nice and the bed covers were soft and the room was sound proof and water pressure was good. But it was pretty drab. Two stars at best. Sorry.
