The beach chairs in the unit are old and falling apart. The beach across the street is very rocky and we had to pay for chairs to rent because the Blue Residence does not have any space at the beach.

Our room wasn’t cleaned mid week and no new linens were provided. There are limited dining options around the property and the beaches are 10 minutes away. The grocery store was 20 minute walk. I would recommend getting a rental car.

Been here here 3 times love it because it’s quiet and not crowded but I will say the room needed a few repairs. Just minor things but I expect everything to work .

Excellent location. Accessible to beach & restaurant area. Taxis are easily available and very reasonably priced. Should ask for directions to markets & convenience stores if you intend to use them (long walk or taxis to these)

Landscaping of property was beautiful. Cleanliness was great. But need new washer and dryers need maintenance. Pools are well maintained and nice. Great location in my opinion to everything especially if you rent a car

This was a really great property. The amenities in the space was great, the view of the pool and sunset was worth it. Super foods is conveniently nearby a 20-25min walk or a 2 min drive. The room appears clean but details should be taken to ensure some of the detail cleaning is ensured. Love the washer and dryer. The kitchen and amenities were good. Had some issues with the TV remotes but front desk and maintenance were prompt in getting it rectified.
