The hotel looks fine, facilities are good, but due to COVID, restaurant closed (though we were able to eat at the restaurant at the entrance to the Bear Park (Bjørneparken), though only until 19:00 in the evening).
The room cleanliness was poor (room 121) - Smirnoff 6 pack wrapper behind a chair next to the work desk, Feather from the duvet or pillows on the floor along with a number of other marks, hair in the carpet, quite a lot of dust under the bed.
Worst was the ventilation system and floors. The ventilation system carried TV and other noise from room to room, so tricky to sleep until the last person did. The floors on the corridor to the rooms and in the rooms themselves creaked a lot when trodden on - impossible to be really quiet. Overall OK. Better when the restaurant is back in action again instead of the 400m hike uphill for early evening meal of breakfast (or having to drive up). Bear park good, if quite expensive (kr.399,- adult and kr.349,- child).
