The Bay Inn is our favorite place to stay in Norfolk. Staff is wonderful and it’s quiet as well as close to the beach. We will definitely stay there again and again.

Clean, safe and cute.
This cute hotel is charming, clean and the owners are awesome. It's super quiet and safe with a lovely courtyard to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. It's very close to the water (quick walk) and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again!

Small but very comfortable. Owner was very pleasant. Gave us info on the local restaurants. The only thing i would change is a king size bed option. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.
