Desk clerk charged my card when I checked in for a $25 incidental fee and they have refused to credit it back without providing any reason. I was told by the manager on the morning I checked out and she said they would provide the credit back. It hasn’t happened yet and in subsequent phone calls have refused. I have now had to initiate a dispute through my credit card. Place is very run down so it seems they are desperate for every dollar however they can get it.

The first room we checked into, had a broken air conditioner unit. The second room we were put into was missing a coffee maker and alarm clock, the office chair was stuck in the low position, the lightbulb above the sink was flickering, the sheer curtain was missing, there were dead ants on the ceiling in the bathroom, the tv remote did not work even after swapping it out, the phone did not work to call front desk, and the floor looked like a had not been vacuumed.

The room was large and well-appointed. It is an older accomodation, but was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would return if in Coos Bay again.

The in room coffeemaker had old coffee from previous guests in it, freezer had a half bottle of alcohol in it. Bathroom smelled liked old cat urine and floor was full of pet fur.. Room just not clean

The beds were comfortable. Room 118 had mold in bathroom and broke coffee pot. No remote at front desk. Took 24 hrs for coffee pot. Room 111 had filthy carpet, husband had black feet in room when he tried to go barefoot. Keep did not workbteice. Several calls to front desk unanwered. Walking to get new key, employee had to trick card into working with hand sanitizer. Working with what she had. Heard there are issues with key locks and systems. Very poorly run. We had someone with a comprised immune system. Had to move her. Unfortunately, our reviews indicate this property needs an overhaul of close. Rehards, Mike O'HARROW room 111 and Patricia O'HARROW room 118.

Rooms seemed dirty, smelly and black mold in the bathroom! And coffee pot was wrong to the coffee maker and didn’t work, had to ask twice for a replacement! Would like to see a complete refund!

I didnt like that i made a reservation for a 2 queen bed and arrived late at night and none of the rooms were cleaned or ready for us so they offered a refund rather than clean a room. Unacceptable. Horrible cuatomer service.

Room in disrepair. I can take mis-matched light fixtures, but burned out light bulbs and a dimly lit room, sinks that do not drain and a broken toilet seat were a bit much to overlook. I’m not sure if the smell of sewage was the adjacent treatment plant or the 14K gallon spill into the bay, but that sent us for the hills.
