Hotels have a legal duty of care to provide a safe environment for guests, and to investigate a problem. No one came to our room to see what happened, this was not followed up to make sure we were safe in any way. When I called and reported a problem, there should have been someone sent to our room and you must know this. When I spoke to the manager, he said he checked the ground floor and again never check with us.
A large amount of cold "Unidentifiable" liquid dumped on us, including our toddler is not acceptable and was not followed up. There was not even an apology until, "I" asked for the manager, he was very dismissive as it was nothing, we missed church because of this, my wife's hair was ruined and our clothes we soaked and my toddler was so upset he threw up afterward, THIS WAS ALL TOLD TO YOUR MANAGER AND HE DID NOT TAKE NOTES AND NEVER CAME TO CHECK ON US.
Your Manager and Hotel did not handle this in a timely safe manner.
