Great room if it had been cleaned.
The room was not clean. The floors were left extremely sandy. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and the used filter was left in it. The glass tables were all filthy. My son dropped a game and it went under his bed and when we looked under there to get it, it looked like under the bed hadn't been swept or cleaned in YEARS. The room was very spacious and we loved Avista but the cleanliness was definitely lacking. This is 100% Elliott Realty's responsibility.

Never Again …
This was our sixth stay at Avista and will be our last. The condo rented through Vrbo was not as described and is it was extremely dirty. Maintenance had to replace a molded shower curtain that was pink and black. Made several calls for cleaning and no one called back nor came. To start your vacation in a dirty condo is not a good start! Will happily submit photos of what we encountered.

Beautiful condo right on the beach
This is our second time staying at Avista. We were here for softball again and we always stay where the girls do. The people that work here are amazing. Elliot Rental was right down the street and they are also awesome

Too much sand and not clean
Inconvenient check in at other location other that Hotel. Hotel front desk can help with nothing you have to call the rental company for everything and they are only available certain hours. No toilet tissue alt all and front desk Would not provide any. Had to pay to park our 3rd car. Beds when not made have to make them ourselves. Pools Area was very nice
