This SUPER STYLISH property is the perfect place for your vacation! If you have high standards when it comes to rental properties, give this one a try! It is immaculate, gorgeous, and it is direct ocean front!! All linens (bed linens and one set of bathroom towels per each guest) are included in the price. This unit is tastefully decorated in a modern beach style and everyone who stays here LOVES IT!

This condo is very spacious. It is almost double the size of most oceanfront condos in the area. You will be very comfortable here! There is plenty of storage area and places to tuck luggage away, which makes it nice to feel at home. The location is outstanding! Literally, just a few steps to the beach and you can also walk to grocery store, ice cream shop, mini golf, pizza and seafood restaurants, parasailing, banana boat rides, and an ocean front beach bar! What else could you ever need?! :)

We are not located in a hotel, this is our personal condo. Because of this, like most Airbnbs, we cannot offer daily housekeeping. We are happy to provide starters of many items, but we do not provide all the toiletries, paper & plastic products, etc. for your entire trip. If you are not wanting to pack extras, there is a really nice full size grocery store right across the street!

Listed below is what we do provide:

What we provide for bathrooms:
- Six sets of bathroom towels which includes washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. We do not supply beach towels.
- Two sets of complimentary toiletries which include: Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, makeup wipe, and mini bath soaps.
- One set of "in case you forgot" items which include: Razor, shaving cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, and grooming kit.
- Two starter rolls of toilet paper

What we provide for kitchen (besides basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc):
- Two hand towels, two dish towels
- Starter Paper Towel Roll
- Three Garbage Bags
- Starter pack of dish soap and detergent
- Complimentary Hot beverages including - 2 Regular and 1 Decaf Coffee Packs, 2 Regular and 1 Decaf Teas, and 4 Cream & Sugar packs. Our coffee pot is a drip brewer, not a Keurig.

**Beach chairs and Umbrella are available for rent right outside our condo, beach side.**

If there are chairs in the closet, you are more than welcome to use them.

The entire condo is yours! There is also a pool with loungers that you are welcome to use that is located on the 4th floor. I absolutely love the view from there!! On the same floor, there is also a clubhouse with restrooms which is great to use if you arrive earlier than check-in. There are also vending machines and a nice laundry room on the 4th floor.

This unit is a self check-in which is super convenient for you! There You do not have to wait to meet someone for keys or worry about keeping up with keys while you are on the beach. You simply drive to the condo and punch in the key code and start your vacation! The codes are automatically sent to you by VRBO. Please watch out for an email inviting you to view the check-in instructions!

Excellent Property

Very clean condo and nice area. We were traveling with my grandmother who is in a wheelchair. The space is very wheelchair friendly. Great location and perfect view. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us!

My friends and I (total 3) stayed in this beautiful condo. It is exactly as described. Located across from grocery and Dairy Hut! Also walked to restaurant. Quiet area. Our host - Rebecca- responded quickly to all our inquiries! We had a wonderful time and will be back next summer!

The locks on front and sliding doors were not secure. There was rust/mold in master bath. The air vents/filter were filthy and blowing particles into the air. We left the VRBO early. I reached out to the owner. Her response was due to back to back reservations she hadn’t had time to take care of the repairs. Where/how can I upload our videos and photos?

They said newly renovated. Not at all. So many broken items. They also gave us only one set of towels per person. Not very convenient for a no washer or dryer in unit. All in all we enjoyed our trip because we were at the beach.

Clean, spacious, great location

Condo was very clean, lots of space and seating, and plenty of beds. Condo is in a Great location. Far enough from the chaos and crowds of myrtle, but close enough to find plenty of things to do. Several places to eat and small stores within walking distance. Love the oceanfront pool. Owner quickly responded to any questions. Only complaint was my husband thought the beds were too hard, but that’s a personal preference. We will definitely stay here again when going to this area.

Great beach vacation

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. It is only a block from the grocery store so there was no wasted time shopping. The pool is just an ordinary rectangle but the sundeck around it is great. It's also nice that the laundry room is near the pool so that you can do laundry and swim/sunbathe while you wait. The unit was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Very nice towels & several extra blankets were available too! The little welcome basket was a nice touch! The only issues were that the balcony sliding door is very hard to open & some of the interior doors are as well. Not a deal breaker as far as a return visit but the doors could use some maintenance, especially the balcony slider.

Beautiful place; great location!

This condo is awesome! It's clean, spacious and updated, which is often hard to find, especially oceanfront, without breaking the bank! As some others have noted, we weren't fans of the memory foam topper in the main bedroom because we prefer a firm mattress for optimum sleep. The beds in the second bedroom were a bit small for our two teens (6'1" and 5'9"), so we personally would have preferred a double over double bunk in the space if space would allow, but we certainly understand how a lot of families would love the bedrooms just as they are, and we would absolutely stay there again even with the current sleeping situation! And the host was very helpful and kind!

**RENTERS BEWARE*SCAM**

Rented this unit June 2022 paid a lot of $$ thinking this would be very nice, boy was I wrong. First thing I find when having to connect TV in bedroom (not convenient) is a used condom on floor behind dress I had to move to get to tv. Then went to take shower, and handle falls off door. By the way, her free sundry items are used bottles in a basket. When it was time to sleep there was none, the bed is so uncomfortable, no shades on windows, having very bright sun very early. This was just the beginning. At the end of our stay, owner says she'll give me a good review IF I give her one. But I usually don't do reviews, and didn't, but cleaned up better than before I arrived and kindly asked for deposit which was told at the beginning, it would be in mail 2 weeks after stay. Nothing. I have inquired many times, and nothing. So what recourse do you have...VRBO customer service? LOL
