Great value
Overall a good place to stay for a night or two with many features especially spacious rooms, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave and kettle. Friendly staff and efficient airport transfer. The only reason not rated higher is because it is very dated look and layout, but they make it work,

We had a late flight into Melbourne and Ciloms was the perfect location to stop for the night. Room was clean and bathroom was also very clean. Hotel was quiet and air con worked well

When we arrived to check in, the first room we were given had no balcony to smoke. The staff member changed it to another room which were thankful for. He was very polite and accommodating. When we got to the room , it hadnt been cleaned. Bed was unmade and dishes in the sink. When we told him, he come and had a look. He was very apologetic and promptly changed it again. We ordered pumpkin soup and it was watery and no taste, toast was dry and unbuttered. We were extremely disappointed as we had been travelling all day. The bus staff were amazing at pick up and drop off. We have stayed here many times and have never had a complaint before
